Invitation to Tender
Loughgilly Parish Trust invites applications from Conservation Led Multi Disciplinary Design Teams who wish to be considered for inclusion on a select list for the following project: St Teresa’s Church, Tullyherron – Preserving our Heritage.
This project is funded through the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) Grants for Places of Worship (NI) and has recently secured a First Round Pass with funding for the Development Phase. During this phase the Parish Trust are required to submit a second round application to HLF with detailed plans and proposals.
The Parish Trust are now seeking relevant organisations to apply for and complete a Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the appointment of a Conservation Led Multi Disciplinary Design Team to deliver an initial commission for and up to (but not limited to RIBA Work Stages 1 – 4.)
The total estimated cost of the project is £260,000.00
