KNONCK – FATIMA PILGRIMAGE
Next weekend at Knock, Archbishop Eamon will lead the national celebrations to mark the 100th anniversary of the apparitions of Our Lady at Fatima. To mark this centenary, the faithful are invited to a Mass at the National Marian Shrine, Knock, on Sunday 9 July at 3.00pm. This Mass will offer a time of prayer and reflection to coincide with the centenary of the apparitions and will provide an opportunity to celebrate the canonisation of Jacinta and Francisco, to whom Our Lady appeared. All are welcome.
ALL YOUNG PEOPLE WHO MADE THEIR CONFIRMATION IN THIS PARISH THIS YEAR ARE INVITED TO TRAVEL TOGETHER TO KNOCK NEXT SUNDAY.
THERE IS NO CHARGE. PACKED LUNCH WILL BE REQUIRED. THOSE WISHING TO TRAVEL MUST CONTACT THE PARISH OFFICE VIA PHONE, EMAIL OR FACEBOOK BEFORE TUESDAY TO CONFIRM THEIR PLACE.
