SPECIAL CELEBRATIONS -Help Requested!
Maureen Toner has served our Parish in a number of ways including being a member of the Parish Pastoral Council, Fundraising Committee and St Vincent de Paul member, however most notably she has served as the Sacristan of St Teresa’s Church Tullyherron for over 40 years, a role which Maureen recently retired from.
In recognition for her dedicated service the Archdiocese will award Maureen with the St Patrick's Medal.
The presentation of this medal from Bishop Michael Router will take place in St Teresa’s Church next weekend during the 11.30am Mass. Members of Maureen’s family will join with the Parishioners of Loughgilly in this celebration as the Parish thanks Maureen for her years of commitment. All Parishioners are welcome to attend.
There will be refreshments in St Teresa’s Primary School after Mass, all are welcome to attend.
