PERMANENT DIACONATE As you will be aware five men were ordained to the Permanent Diaconate on Saturday. I am pleased to announce that after a request from myself, Archbishop Martin has appointed Deacon Martin Brennan to our Parish. Martin will take up his role in the Parish on Saturday 30th September. Some of you may already know Martin, he tells me he was a postman in the area for many years. Regardless of whether you know Martin or not, I know from my own experience, you will make Martin feel welcome among us. I believe there are many pastoral opportunities which will be enriched by Martins gifts and talents, and through his future ministry in the Parish. We wish him every Blessing.
